Mission

To empower disadvantaged people to lead better lives through the utilization of literacy and vocational skills.

Objectives:

To offer basic adult education to the disadvantaged adults and youth.
To offer vocational skills training in tailoring,carpentry and computer literacy to the disadvantaged adult and youths.
To advocate for the education of a girl child through child sponsorship
To create awareness on HIV/AIDS.

Literacy Aid Uganda is a non-governmental, not-for profit organization licenced by the government of the Republic of Uganda, to spearhead adult literacy education amongst the less fortunate Ugandans.

Hundreds of women and children have been equipped with skills in cookery, pottery, ceramics, tailoring, knitting, painting, basic carpentry, etc.
